📏 Sizing Guide (Important)

Measure around your arm at the elbow.

• Small: 22–26 cm
• Medium: 26–30 cm (most common)
• Large: 30–36 cm

My personal fit:
I wear a Medium around both my elbows and shins. If you're using these for your elbows, I'd recommend going true to size.

Want to use them for knees?
For knee protection, we recommend sizing up. These pads are lower-profile than traditional knee guards, making them great for beginner skaters who want protection without a bulky feel.
